Governance

How the Organization Is Run

Company limited by guarantee
DUABANTI FOUNDATION LBG has no share capital and no shareholders. It is owned by its members, who each guarantee a nominal amount towards its liabilities. No surplus is distributed to members or directors — everything received is applied to the organization's stated objects.
Board of directors
The organization is governed by a board of directors appointed under its regulations, which is responsible for strategy, financial oversight, and approving programs. Current director details are held on the public register maintained by the Office of the Registrar of Companies and are available from us on request.
Programs and delivery
Day-to-day delivery is carried out by the DuabaNti team with volunteer facilitators and mentors, many of them working professionals from the African technology sector. Facilitators working directly with young people are known to us and are supervised during sessions.
Funding and finances
The organization is funded by donations from individuals and partners, and by in-kind support from DuabaLabs, which covers infrastructure and platform costs. Donations are applied to facilitation, materials, devices, transport, internet access, outreach, and participant follow-up.
Reporting
We publish progress against our stated 2026 targets, including the targets we miss. Funders, partners, and verification bodies can request our delivery plan, attendance records, and financial reporting.

Why Trust Us

We Are Early-Stage. We Will Be Honest About It.

DuabaNti is launching its first cohort in May 2026. We don't have decades of impact stories yet — we have a clear plan, real infrastructure, and a commitment to transparency at every step.

100% Reinvested

DuabaNti is a not-for-profit initiative. Every donation is reinvested into programs, materials, facilitation, and participant support — zero extraction.

Radical Transparency

We publicly report our targets vs. actuals each quarter. Our 2026 goals are labeled as goals — not as history. You will always know exactly where we stand.

Community-First Model

Our programs are designed with and for the communities we serve — not parachuted in. We work with schools, local orgs, and youth groups on delivery.

Backed by DuabaLabs

DuabaNti is the nonprofit arm of DuabaLabs, an African technology company. We bring real product expertise, established infrastructure, and long-term commitment.

Our Transparency Pledge

We commit to publishing quarterly impact reports, showing our progress against our 2026 goals — including what we missed and why.
